Terms and Conditions 1. Refundable deposit of $200 applies for each cylinder rental. 2. Refundable deposits to be received in full to effect order. 3. Cancellations of orders must be made 3 days prior to delivery, if otherwise, the deposit up to the rental value of the cylinder, will be forfeited without prior notice. 4. Damage/loss of cylinder in any form due to mis-handling will be chargeable at full amount of deposit placed. 5. Damage/loss of cylinder inflation valves rented will be chargeable at $50, and will be deductible from deposit placed. 6. Acceptance of tank implies acceptance of full helium capacity upon delivery. 7. Our company will not be liable for non-professional handling of the helium inflation, which may cause excessive leakage or balloon bursting, thus resulting in decrease in numbers of actual balloons inflated. 8. Rental charge for tanks exceeding free rental period, will be charged daily from the day following free rental period until collection, at $0.50 per day. 9. All charges will be deducted from deposit placed without prior notice.
